Huda Beauty Naughty Nude Eyeshadow Palette Review
Reimagining Huda Beauty’s New Nude Palette comes the Naughty Nude Palette. The Naughty Nude Palette was created to embrace your wild side unapologetically. Once the product was finished, ready to be sold to the public Huda gave her viewers an in-depth insight on the reasons why it was made. Huda’s handwriting holds the history behind the palette. She stated that she felt immense pain and shame growing up for who she was on the outside, which impacted her on the inside. Growing through this experience now as an entrepreneur, bad-ass business woman she wants to empower and inspire others through the art of makeup. Huda Beauty is centered around feeling sexy for yourself and no one else.
Feeling empowered in your own skin is something that is truly unmatched in this world. How you see yourself shines through with everything you do in your life. In a world that tells women to be everything except themselves, it’s courageous to shine for everything that you are for the world to see.
The Naughty Nude Palette comes with 18 shades for a sexy, sultry look. My two favorite pigments in the palette are Filthy a soft blush shade and Please Me a glitter pigment with a gold undertone to the eyeshadow. Both are very different, yet contrast in the best possible way. Filthy is a muted pastel shade that can be used all over the lid for a modern twist to the trend of bare beauty. Please Me reminds me of a bronzy, champagne shade that can be added to darken any makeup look up a bit. Both aspects of beauty are very different and still remain the same. There is no one true definition to this word. You as an individual can create what is beautiful to you using this array of shadows to create a masterpiece of your own. Beauty is anything you choose to make it.

Huda Beauty Mercury Retrograde Eyeshadow Palette Review
Huda Beauty released her new Mercury Retrograde Palette for this holiday season. Inside of the purple packaging, there are cosmic shades named after the chaotic state of Mercury Retrograde in the world of astrology. The shades in the palette reflect the array of color combinations inside, including buttery metallics, high-shine shimmers, and multi-reflective eyeshadow pigments. The balancing of cool and warm tones contrast in the most beautiful way.
This new release is unlike anything this brand has ever done in my opinion. Huda Beauty has always been a company to test the limits of creation within the beauty world, but this palette in my mind is one that is essential for its versatility and variety it brings to any makeup look.
Inspired by the cosmos, the range of 18 eyeshadows was built behind the belief that the world outside of our sight exists. My favorites from the palette include Libra, Galaxy, Off-Balance, Haze, Nebula, Gold Glitch, and Hot Mess. All of these shades bring their own unique twist to an otherwise normal, neutral eyeshadow palette. Mercury Retrograde makes a bold statement. The intense color complexity allows a person to express themselves through the art of makeup. Expressing yourself through a creative outlet such as cosmetics can really improve your overall appreciation for the craft itself. If you are a beauty-lover like myself, I would highly recommend giving this a try. You won’t regret it.

Huda Beauty The New Nude Palette Review
Reinventing the color nude has been outdone by Huda Beauty in her New Nude Palette. Over decades, the soft neutral has been thought of in a simplistic way only being defined as one shade rather than many. Huda Kattan was determined in her revamped cosmetics line to create a feeling of empowerment when investing in her dream. As a makeup artist in the industry, Huda Beauty launched at Sephora companies across the globe in 2013, making her one of the world’s newest influencers/entrepreneurs to newly define the beauty world. What was once a dream suddenly appeared as a reality for this influencer.
When I see an artist that has an eye for design seeing the product makes me appreciate the value of their craft so much more! Creativity in it of itself continues to amaze me with Huda Beauty. Every element that is made is created with the intention of greatness. As a brand, that is exactly what is expected.
The New Nude palette was designed to encompass sensuality, sexiness & empowerment for the individual using it, bringing a sense of passion to the makeup look you are looking to achieve. Inside the palette comes eighteen pigmented shadows including mattes, multi-reflective shades, shimmer-drenched glitters, and metallics. Rosy hues, dark mattes, and glittery sparkles dominate this palette. This has become my favorite palette out of my collection recently after experimenting with the gorgeous, pigmented shades.
The New Nude Palette for me has been the greatest form of self-expression when applying my makeup in the morning. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is just starting out in the makeup game or someone who is a makeup pro. The New Nude has a place for everyone who wants to exude happiness & confidence in the way they feel on the inside allowing themselves to shine on the outside.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry Palette Review
Anastasia Beverly Hills has done it again with yet another AMAZING palette for the holiday season! This time it’s wrapped in a velvety rose-gold glitter! Inside the palette comes a range of colors including mattes, golden bronzy metallics, with hints of cool-toned eyeshadows for the perfect smokey eye! In the far left corner of the eyeshadow set are more neutral tones, leading into more bronze shades, as well as more vibrant shadows. Some of my favorites in the set include Rose Quartz, Pearl, Bloom, and Cyborg.
Three are glitters while Bloom is a burnt coral red shade that I usually use in my crease after using a lighter color across my lid if I’m going to a party that night, or just to try something bold for the day. Red I’ve always considered to be my power color when it comes to anything I wear from day to day, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the palette for the first time in stores after launching. The other glitters are usually a part of my everyday beauty routine. If it’s not a no-makeup day I’ll sweep a shimmery shade across my lid. When defining the crease of my eye I use a nude satin shade to highlight my eyes making a subtle, simple statement in an effortless way.
Anastasia Beverly Hills’s release of the Sultry Palette in collection with Modern Renaissance, Norvina, Soft Glam, Subculture, and Prism is nothing short of incredible! After twenty years in the industry, ABH continues to amaze supporters with the releases of contemporary collections, different than those in other markets of the industry. The Sultry Palette will continue to be a stand-out product in my makeup collection.
